Welcome to the 10 Day Total Reset Challenge!!!

This is a FREE event hosted by Volunteer Personal trainer’s Lee-Anne & Shawn Simpson.

This Challenge is going to be so much fun, with only 3 Simple Rules:

  1. Workout Daily. Click the links below for our  daily “LIVE” online workouts lead by trainer’s at either 6:30 am/pm. If you miss the workout or the times don’t work for you, click the link below for the YouTube Channel pre-recorded workouts. There’s no excuse to get moving 🙂
  2. Nutrition has always been 90% of the struggle. Click the links below for the 10 day Smoothie Reset Recipes, Shopping Lists and more. It’s super simple, everything you need is below!
  3. Consitancy is the Key. Join us on The Parlour Project Facebook page for success tips, motivation, coaching and inspiration from others participating in the challenge. Click the link below.
