Welcome to the Parlour Project
Gather. Collaborate. Connect.
Born in the parlour of an 1895 home, The Parlour Project began with a simple desire — to feel less alone.
Today, we create spaces for connection in two ways:
Community Circles
Donation-based gatherings rooted in conversation and shared experience.
Active Living Circles
Structured classes, personal training, and therapeutic services supporting long-term well-being.
Two streams. One community.
All are welcome.
Where conversations became community.
The Coach House
Rooted in History, Alive in Community
Tucked behind the original 1895 home in Caledon East, the Coach House once sheltered horses and carriages arriving at the main residence. Today, it shelters something just as powerful — community.
Thoughtfully restored and reimagined, this historic space now hosts gatherings that bring people together in meaningful ways. From drumming circles and meditation sessions to yoga retreats and intimate workshops, the Coach House has become a sanctuary for connection.
The studio also supports personal wellness through private training sessions, Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), and Infrared Sauna sessions — offering a space where restoration meets strength.
History lives in the beams. Community lives in the room.
Rooted in conversation, expanded through movement — all within these walls.
COMMUNITY CIRCLES
Sit in the circle. Be met as an equal.
ACTIVE LIVING CIRCLES
Move in the circle. Care for the body that carries you.
Two doorways.
One community.
