Welcome to Parlour Project
Strength. Wellness.
Community. Adventure.
From The Coach House programs in Caledon East to off-site programs and North Star adult camp weekends in northern Ontario, we bring people together through movement, recovery, circles, retreats and real experiences.
Our Story
Born in the parlour of an 1895 home, Parlour Project began with a simple desire—to help people feel less alone.
Today, we create spaces for strength, wellness and belonging through two pathways:
TWO DOORWAYS IN
THE COMMUNITY
Off-Site Events, Gatherings & Experiences
Parlour Project offers off-site circles, gatherings, and seasonal community experiences designed to bring people together in meaningful ways.
From North Star Adult Camp Weekends in Northern Ontario to smaller outdoor gatherings and special events, these experiences create space for connection through movement, nature, learning, and shared time together.
You may find offerings that include:
• Fitness & active living experiences
• Land-based teachings and outdoor skills
• Campfires, conversation, and community connection
• Fishing, paddling, and time on the land
• Women’s weekends, men’s gatherings, and mixed community experiences
• Seasonal retreats, camps, and special events
Each gathering is rooted in the same Parlour Project spirit: welcoming, practical, inclusive, and connected.
Come as you are. Learn something new. Meet good people.
THE COACH HOUSE
A space for movement, recovery, and connection.
This is where small-group strength classes, 1:1 coaching, Fascial Stretch Therapy, wellness support, circles, youth networking meet ups and community gatherings come together under one roof.
Two streams. One community. All are welcome.

ABOUT
Parlour Project is a community-rooted movement creating spaces where people can grow stronger, feel better and come together.
Where conversations became community.
THE COACH HOUSE
Rooted in History. Alive in Community.
Tucked behind the original 1895 home in Caledon East, The Coach House once sheltered horses and carriages. Today, it shelters something just as valuable — community.
Thoughtfully restored, this historic space now hosts classes, FST, circles and gatherings where people come to move, recover and connect.
History lives in the beams. Community lives in the space.
