Welcome to the Parlour Project

Move – Build – Recover

Born in the parlour of an 1895 home, The Parlour Project began with a simple desire — to feel less alone.

Today, we create spaces for connection in two ways:

Community Circles
Donation-based gatherings rooted in conversation and shared experience.

The Coach House Services
Structured classes, personal training, and therapeutic services supporting sustainable movement.

Two streams. One community. All are welcome.

FUN FOR EVERYONE!!!!

Looking for something special to do with Mom this Mother’s day?

Treat her to a speciality class.

Unwind with Mom
A Mother’s Day Stretch Experience

A practical, guided class designed to help you release tension, reduce stiffness, and feel better in your body — using simple tools you can bring into everyday life.

Using a ball, band, or block, you’ll learn how to work through common areas of tightness and discomfort in a way that’s approachable and effective — no experience needed.

Led by Shawn Simpson, FST specialist and personal trainer, this session draws from years of experience in hockey, baseball, strength training, and real-world movement. It’s straightforward, practical, and built for bodies that want to move and feel better — without overcomplicating the process.

Open to all — come with your mom, son, or daughter and share the experience together.

You’ll leave feeling looser, lighter, and with simple tools you can return to anytime.
A small token gift for Mom is included.

$75 per pair
All levels welcome — no experience necessary
Dress comfortably and come ready to relax

This is not a yoga, breathwork, or somatic class — it’s old-school, practical stretching for everyday life.

The Coach House

Rooted in History, Alive in Community

Tucked behind the original 1895 home in Caledon East, the Coach House once sheltered horses and carriages arriving at the main residence. Today, it shelters something just as powerful — community.

Thoughtfully restored and reimagined, this historic space now hosts gatherings that bring people together in meaningful ways. From drumming circles and meditation sessions to yoga retreats and intimate workshops, the Coach House has become a sanctuary for connection.

The studio also supports sustainable movement through private training sessions, Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), and Thermotherapy with passive heat infrared Sauna sessions — offering a space where restoration meets strength.

History lives in the beams. Community lives in the room.

Rooted in conversation, expanded through movement — all within these walls.
