Gather. Collaborate. Connect.

Born in the parlour of a 1895 home, The Parlour Project began in response to a season of isolation and a longing to feel connected.

What started as neighbourly conversation has grown into a community that gathers in many forms — in the parlour, in the Coach House just beyond it, online when needed, and occasionally off-site for retreats and larger events.

For more than five years, we have created spaces where people can return, participate, and feel part of something real.

Different practices. Same principle.

Today, that work continues in two distinct but connected ways:

COMMUNITY CIRCLES

Gatherings rooted in conversation, learning, and shared experience. These circles operate on a donation or honourarium basis, keeping them accessible and community-supported.

ACTIVE LIVING CIRCLES

Structured classes, personal training, fitness based programs, and Fascial Stretch Therapy designed to support long-term physical well-being. These circles operate with clear, set fees that support the depth and consistency of the services offered.

All are welcome in either circle. The exchange may differ —the intention isn’t.

A New Chapter:
Circles for All

The original Parlour Circle has now evolved into two welcoming streams:

  • Community Circles

  • Active Living Circles

The Parlour Project has always been rooted in Circles — spaces where no one is above or below anyone.
We gather as equals. We listen. We move. We grow together.

As our community has evolved, so has the way we offer support.

Today, The Parlour Project flows through two interconnected streams:
Community Gathering Circles and Active Living Circles.

Both are grounded in the same philosophy of inclusion, equality, and shared growth.
The difference lies in structure — not intention.

ACTIVE LIVING CIRCLE

The Everything Session

90 Minutes | $99

The Everything Session is designed as a guided introduction. In one 90-minute visit, you’ll experience three core elements of our approach:

• Focused Workout session (20-30 mins)
• Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) table work (45-60 mins)
• Infrared Sauna recovery time (5-10 mins)

The Everything Session allows you to feel the difference between strength work, assisted stretch, and intentional recovery — and discover what combination best supports your body.

Strength. Stretch. Restore.

Some people realize they need more strength.
Some discover mobility is the missing piece.
Others benefit most from structured recovery.

This is a perfect starting point into the Active Living Circles. Experience the work. Decide what fits. maybe book this session again and again. It’s incredible, “everything” feels better when you are done!

What to expect

If it’s your first time at an event or gathering, you’re welcome exactly as you are. Our community circles are inclusive to all. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing in conversation. No experience needed. Donations or honorariums accepted. Bring a friend. We’re excited to have you!
