Welcome to the Parlour Project
Gather. Collaborate. Connect.
Born in the parlour of our 1895 family home, The Parlour Project began in response to a season of isolation and a longing to feel connected again.
What started as neighbourly conversation has grown into a community that gathers in many forms — in the parlour, in the Coach House just beyond it, online when needed, and occasionally off-site for retreats and larger events.
For more than five years, we have created spaces where people can return, participate, and feel part of something real.
Practice. Recover. Repeat.
Different practices. Same principle.
Today, that work continues in two distinct but connected ways:
Community Circles
Gatherings rooted in conversation, learning, and shared experience. These circles operate on a donation or honourarium basis, keeping them accessible and community-supported.
Active Living Circles
Structured classes, coaching, sport-based programs, and Fascial Stretch Therapy designed to support long-term physical well-being. These circles operate with clear, set fees that support the depth and consistency of the services offered.
All are welcome in either circle. The exchange may differ —
the intention does not.
