5 Simple Rules Mon-Fri:

  1. Follow a healthy diet
  2. Drink water, no alcohol
  3. Read 5 pages of a Non-Fiction Book
  4. Take progress pictures(1st & last day + 1st of each month)
  5. Movement-simply move daily for 20 mins…walk, swim, hike, dance, bike, etc. For those craving a Weekly fitness challenge there will be an optional Hyrox workout posted every Monday on the Facebook page.

 

* 5 X 3 Challenge has been created with an 80/20 Principle approach. 80% of the time embracing a clean, healthy lifestyle (Mon-Fri) and 20% of the time being a bit “off” (wknds) for 3 months (90 days).  This approach lends itself to a  successful start to a healthy lifestyle journey!
