3. Movement- Add 20 mins of daily exercise. Join our LIVE Kind Body Workouts at 6:45 am daily (except Sat & Sun 8 am start) or do them on your own by following the pre-recording on our You Tube Channel. Be sure to go to the Kind Body PLAYLIST for each daily workout. Kind Body Workouts. Walking or your own class/workout is also an option.
