The Caregivers in the Hills program is a FREE program  established by Hills of Headwaters Collaborative Ontario Health Team and its Community Wellness Council to support unpaid caregivers as a critical part of their loved one’s or someone they care about health and social care team.

Take a look at the local businesses in Orangeville, Caledon and surrounding areas that have graciously donated offerings to help recognize our caregivers. Perks like discounts, gifts, or gift certificates help our members feel noticed and valued when they show their ID badge in the community and health care settings.
