Each participant has their own dedicated station — dumbbell rack, bench, and space — allowing for focused, personalized work within a supportive group environment.
Led by a personal trainer, sessions are guided with intention, proper form, and progressive structure.

This class is for anyone ready to commit to getting stronger, fitter, and more capable — at their own pace, with expert coaching and shared accountability.
