Join Personal Trainer, Shawn Simpson, for a focused, results-driven 9-week fitness program designed to build strength, increase muscle & reduce body fat —step by step.
The program is structured in three intentional phases:
Weeks 1–3: Build a solid foundation
Weeks 4–6: Strength to increase power and performance
Weeks 7–9: Bulk to push muscle development and conditioning
Expect smart programming, hands-on coaching, and a small-group setting that keeps you accountable and progressing. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more capable, and in the best shape of your life
