Active Living Circles

Strengthening the body so we can strengthen community.

The Parlour Project has always been rooted in Circles — spaces where everyone gathers as equals. No hierarchy. No pressure. Just shared growth.

Active Living Circles carry that same spirit into physical well-being.

Through small group classes, personal training, fascia stretch therapy, and guided sessions, we offer structured support for the body in a connected environment. Whether you are preparing for golf, pickleball, keeping in shape or simply want to feel stronger in everyday life, these circles offer consistent, focused support in a one-on-one or small-group environment. When we feel stronger and more stable physically, we are often more able to care for others and participate fully in community life.

Because these programs involve ongoing professional instruction and therapeutic care delivered consistently each week, they operate with clear, set fees. This ensures the instructors, therapists, and teachers guiding the work are fairly compensated for their time, expertise, and continued commitment.

The format may differ from our volunteer-run Community Gatherings — but the intention is the same:
connection, inclusion, and growth as equals.

Private Sessions Individualized For You

THE EVERYTHING SESSION

Great place to start! Strength. Stretch. Restore.

90 Minutes | $99

Not sure where to begin?

The Everything Session is designed as a guided introduction to our Active Living Circles and services. In one 90-minute visit, you’ll experience three core elements of our approach:

• A focused Workout session (20 mins)
• Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) table work (60 mins)
• Infrared Sauna recovery time (10 mins)

The Everything Session allows you to feel the difference between strength work, assisted stretch, and intentional recovery — and discover what combination best supports your body.

Some people realize they need more strength.
Some discover mobility is the missing piece.
Others benefit most from structured recovery.

This is a perfect starting point. Experience the work. Decide what fits. maybe book this session again and again. It’s incredible, “everything” feels better when you are done!

PERSONAL TRAINING/COACHING

Focused, one-on-one support.

Personal Training/Coaching provides individualized guidance for those navigating injury, returning to activity, or looking for more specific direction.

Sessions are structured, practical, and designed to support long-term capability — not short-term intensity.

  • Introductory Session — $60
  • Single Session — $75
  • 10-Session Package — $700

FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY (FST)

Specialized assisted table work.

FST is a hands-on stretch system designed to improve joint range, reduce restriction, and support overall durability.

It is not massage and not passive stretching. It is focused table work that complements strength training, sport, and active living.

Ideal for those who want to move well — and stay that way.

Each session: 60 Minutes

  • Single Session — $100
  • 5-Session Package — $450

These four-week conditioning programs are designed to support the specific movement demands of golf and pickleball.

Each session focuses on improving mobility, rotational strength, balance, and overall durability — helping you move more efficiently, reduce strain, and stay in the game longer.

This is not sport-specific skill training. It is physical preparation work designed to support how you play.

Whether you are returning for the season or looking to maintain performance, these sessions offer structured, small-group support in a focused environment.

Limited space to 5 per program. Consistent format. Real progress.

 

GOLF SIMULATOR LEAGUE
