Rooted in the same circle philosophy — no hierarchy, no pressure — Active Living brings structured support to physical well-being.

Through small group classes, personal training, and Fascial Stretch Therapy, we offer consistent, professional guidance to help you feel stronger, more mobile, and better equipped for everyday life.

These programs operate with set fees to support the instructors and therapists who lead them.

The format may differ from our volunteer-run gatherings — the intention does not: connection, inclusion, and growth as equals.

In one 90-minute visit, you’ll experience:

• 30-minute focused workout
• 50-minute Fascial Stretch Therapy session

Parlour Project - Active Living - Stretching Personal Training

Personal, one-on-one support — in a space where you’re met exactly where you are.

Whether you’re rebuilding, gaining strength, or simply looking for steady guidance, these sessions are designed to move at your pace and support lasting progress.

Each session: 60 Minutes

  • Single Session — $80
  • 10-Session Package — $700

FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY (FST)

Parlour Project - Active Living FST 2

Specialized assisted table work.

FST is a hands-on stretch designed to improve joint range, reduce restriction, and support overall durability.

It is not massage and not passive stretching. It is focused table work that complements strength training, sport, and active living.

Each session: 60 Minutes

  • Single Session — $100
  • 5-Session Package — $450       

Group Sessions

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Strength-based training in a small group setting.

Each participant has their own dedicated space — complete with a personal dumbbell rack, bench, and equipment — allowing for focused, individualized work while still sharing the energy and accountability of the group.

All sessions are coached and guided in the Coach House studio.

Each season cycles, the calendar indicates the length & cost:

• 6 Weeks — $120
• 8 Weeks — $160
• 9 Weeks — $180

PICKLEBALL Conditioning & Stretching

These four-week programs are designed to support the specific movement demands of golf and pickleball.

Each session focuses on improving strength, balance, and overall mobility — helping you move more efficiently, reduce strain, and stay in the game longer.

This is not sport-specific skill training. It is physical preparation work designed to support how you play.

Whether you are returning for the season or looking to maintain performance, these sessions offer structured, small-group support in a focused environment.

Limited space to 5 per program. 

GOLF SIMULATOR LEAGUE
