We’re grateful to gather in circle with Parlour Project volunteer, Caledon author, and transformational coach Tina Haller as together, with her, we explore her newly released book, The One Thing That Changes Everything.
Written for women moving through midlife and the menopause transition, Tina’s book speaks to the quiet sense of disconnection so many women experience — the feeling of not quite recognizing yourself anymore. With warmth and clarity, she offers reassurance that nothing is “wrong.” Rather, this stage of life is asking for a gentler, more aligned way of living.
At the heart of the book is the idea of coming back into alignment — when values, choices, and inner truth begin to match again. As this happens, the body softens, the mind clears, and confidence slowly returns. Midlife becomes less about fixing and more about listening, honouring, and coming home to who you are now.
