DESCRIPTION:\n\nNew Karma Yoga Classes at Parlour Project\n\nWe’re excite
 d to welcome you to in-person Restorative Yoga  classes as part of our P
 arlour Project gatherings. These gentle\, grounding sessions are offered a
 s Karma classes—a pay-it-forward format where you’re invited to contr
 ibute what you can. All donations go towards supporting the teachers' time
 \, travel\, facility tools and supplies.\n\nSign Up: Join us for one\, t
 wo\, or all three sessions on May 7\, 14\, 21 &amp\; 28/25. Each class i
 s limited to 8 participants\, you may sign up for one or all classes\, we
  just kindly ask that you remove your name at least 24 hours in advance 
 if your plans change—this helps open space for others.\n\nAddress: 10 D
 ufferin St Caledon East (if possible\, we encourage walking or carpooling 
 to class to avoid too many cars on the street as there may be crossover of
  participants)\n\nEquipment: Mats\, bolsters\, straps\, and all props wil
 l be provided—just bring yourself and a willingness to move\, breathe\, 
 and share space in community.\n\nWhen you arrive\, simply sign in and\, if
  you feel called\, leave your donation in the box by the door.\n\nCome be
