DESCRIPTION:\n\nNew Karma Yoga Classes at Parlour Project\n\nWe’re excite
 d to welcome you to in-person Restorative Yoga  classes as part of our P
 arlour Project gatherings. These gentle\, grounding sessions are offered a
 s Karma classes—a pay-it-forward format where you’re invited to contr
 ibute what you can. All donations go towards supporting the teachers' time
 \, travel\, facility tools and supplies.\n\nSign Up: Join us for one\, t
 wo\, or all the sessions. Each class is limited to 8 participants\, you 
 may sign up for one or all classes\, we just kindly ask that you remove y
 our name at least 24 hours in advance if your plans change—this helps o
 pen space for others.\n\nAddress: 10 Dufferin St Caledon East (if possibl
 e\, we encourage walking or carpooling to class to avoid too many cars on 
 the street as there may be crossover of participants)\n\nEquipment: Mats\
 , bolsters\, straps\, and all props will be provided—just bring yourself
  and a willingness to move\, breathe\, and share space in community.\n\nWh
 en you arrive\, simply sign in and\, if you feel called\, leave your donat
