DESCRIPTION:\n\nNew Karma Yoga Classes at Parlour Project\n\nWe’re excite
 d to welcome you to in-person Restorative Yoga  classes as part of our P
 arlour Project gatherings. These gentle\, grounding sessions are offered a
 s Karma classes—a pay-it-forward format where you’re invited to contr
 ibute what you can. All donations go towards supporting the teachers' time
 \, travel\, facility tools and supplies.\n\nSign Up: Join us for one\, t
 wo\, or all the sessions . Each class is limited to 8 participants\, you
  may sign up for one or all classes\, we just kindly ask that you remove 
 your name at least 24 hours in advance if your plans change—this helps 
 open space for others.\n\nAddress: 10 Dufferin St Caledon East (if possib
 le\, we encourage walking or carpooling to class to avoid too many cars on
  the street as there may be crossover of participants)\n\nEquipment: Mats
 \, bolsters\, straps\, and all props will be provided—just bring yoursel
 f and a willingness to move\, breathe\, and share space in community.\n\nW
 hen you arrive\, simply sign in and\, if you feel called\, leave your dona
