DESCRIPTION:New Karma Yoga Classes at Parlour Project\n\nWe’re excited to
  welcome you to in-person Hatha Yoga (7:15-8:15 pm) classes as part of o
 ur Parlour Project gatherings. These gentle\, grounding sessions are offer
 ed as Karma classes—a pay-it-forward format where you’re invited to c
 ontribute what you can. All donations go towards supporting the teachers' 
 time\, travel\, facility tools and supplies.\n\nSign Up: Join us for one
 \, two\, or all the sessions. Each class is limited to 8 participants\, 
 you may sign up for one or all classes\, we just kindly ask that you remo
 ve your name at least 24 hours in advance if your plans change—this hel
 ps open space for others.\n\nAddress: 10 Dufferin St Caledon East (if pos
 sible\, we encourage walking or carpooling to class to avoid too many cars
  on the street as there may be crossover of participants )\n\nEquipment:
  Mats\, bolsters\, straps\, and all props will be provided—just bring y
 ourself and a willingness to move\, breathe\, and share space in community
 .\n\nWhen you arrive\, simply sign in and\, if you feel called\, leave you
